All important information on the Barcelona Skatecamp

Arrival: 

​

You are welcome to travel here by yourself via train or plane. We offer you a free-of-charge shuttle service from the stations and airports.
Of course it is also possible to arrive by car. We will send the precise address as well as directions 4 weeks before departure along with the remaining documents.

 

Youth hotel: 

​

You will be accommodated in one of our youth hotels in Barcelona. They are all in a central location and connected to the subway network.
The room distribution will take place at check-in in the hotel. There will be 6- to 8-bed-rooms. Of course we will take into consideration who booked everything together.
The hotels offer a sufficient number of showers and restrooms, common rooms for the evenings as well as free Wi-Fi.
Check-in on the day of arrival from 11:00 am and check-out on the day of departure until 11:00 am.
Full board will be offered at the youth hotel (breakfast buffet, lunch-packs to take with you on the day and dinner)

Supervision and Skate guiding

​

Our participants are supervised 24/7 by our trained skate guides.
They do skate tours through the city, visit the skate hall together and create the framework schedule together (game of skate, stroll through the city).
Additionally, they will coach you and give you valuable tips (training days).
The groups during the skating activities will consist of max. 10 people so that a smooth and intensive skate training can take place.
Protectors for the hall and skate parks will be offered free-of-charge in the camp.
The travel price includes the ticket for the Barcelona transit authorities so that you can use the city trains, the subway and the busses. The tickets will be handed out at check-in.

Booking and travel documents

​

You can book online using our registration form. We will then send you a written booking confirmation.
The advance payment for our camps is EUR 50.00; the rest is payable 4 weeks before departure. 
The travel documents will be sent 3-4 weeks before departure. They include:
the travel voucher, a check-list of what you will be needing, a rule sheet for the camp, the declaration of consent for the parents, a sheet with information in case of an emergency as well as detailed information (telephone numbers of the guides, addresses of the accommodation)
